The data controller is UltraEx Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Dubai (UAE), with registered address at Unit No 404 HDS Business Center, Plot No: JLT-PH1-M1A, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE.
01. Data we collect
Account: email and, optionally, display name. We do not require KYC for standard use.
Operational: wallet addresses used in deposits/withdrawals, order and transaction history, and technical metadata (IP, device, user-agent) for security, fraud prevention and consent records.
Lister public page: display name, bio and social links you choose to make public — this content is optional and controlled by you.
02. How we use it
To operate the platform (execute trades, process deposits/withdrawals, calculate commissions and XP), prevent fraud, maintain security, keep records of consent to these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
03. Sharing
We share data only with essential providers (infrastructure, transactional email) and when required by law or court order.
On-chain information (blockchain transactions) is, by nature, public and immutable.
04. Security
We apply encryption in transit, session authentication, optional 2FA and IP allowlisting for administrative operations. No system is 100% immune — protect your credentials.
05. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and the closure of your account. Some records may be retained for the period required by law (e.g., tax/financial or compliance obligations).
06. Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by law. After that period, it is anonymized or deleted.
